Terms and Conditions for Therapy Services

1. Scope of Services:

  • We offer therapy services including but not limited to individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, and group therapy sessions.
  • Therapy sessions are conducted by licensed and qualified therapists trained to provide psychological support and guidance.

2. Client-Therapist Relationship:

  • The client-therapist relationship is built on trust, respect, and confidentiality.
  • Therapists adhere to professional standards and ethical guidelines, including confidentiality, unless disclosure is required by law.

3. Confidentiality:

  • All information shared during therapy sessions is confidential, except in cases where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of harm to the client or others.
  • We may disclose information to relevant third parties (e.g., healthcare providers, legal authorities) only with the client’s explicit consent or when legally mandated.
4. Session Scheduling and Cancellation:
  • Sessions are scheduled by online appointments via zoom.
  • Clients are encouraged to log in ahead of their scheduled session and ensure that there are no technical issues.
  • We require 24 hours notice for session cancellations to avoid incurring cancellation fees.
  • Payment is due before prior to scheduling a session. We accept various forms of payment including PayPal, Credit and Etransfers.

5. Fees and Payments:

  • Fees for therapy services are outlined during the initial consultation or as agreed upon between the client and therapist.
  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept various forms of payment including cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic transfers.

6. Consent to Treatment:

  • By engaging in therapy services, clients consent to treatment provided by the therapist.
  • Clients have the right to ask questions about their treatment and to participate in decisions regarding their care.
